Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Subject between 35-65 years of all gender with one/1st episode of unilateral stroke including both hemorrhagic and ischemic. 2. 3 weeks and above duration of stroke 3.Score of more than 23 on mini mental state examination 4. Participants willing to give informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Other shoulder joint pathologies (full -thickness rotator cuff tear, glenohumeral instability). 2. History of other trauma, past surgeries or previous fractures in the hemiplegic shoulder. 3. Any other existing bone pathologies. 4. Neurological diseases other than stroke 5. Patient who is non-cooperative 6. Patient having psychological illness
