Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient who are diagnosed with mental illness according to ICD/DSM-5 Patient who diagnosed with mental illness for last 1 year. Admitted in in-patient department Patient who are able to articulate/communicate Patient who can speak Hindi language

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient with severe impairment of cognitive function ( Patient who is severe psychotic. Patient who is having symptoms of catatonic stuporous schizophrenia, poverty of speech, lack of insight (i.e. score 1). Patient who were unable to focus on the interview
