Intervention1: Scapular Recruitment Exercise Protocol: . Intervention2: Yoga Asan Protocol: Yoga Asans will be given to Group C. Asans will be performed 3 days a week. Each asan will have 3 repetition

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Overhead Athletes, Shoulder pain, Rotator Cuff Tendinopathy, Symptoms persevering for at least 3 months, 17 years to 35 years, Non-Traumatic Injuries, Positive Neer’s Test, Positive Hawkin’s Sign, Positive Jobe’s Test

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Traumatic injuries, Shoulder dislocations, Shoulder surgeries, Cervical Spine symptoms, Taking NSAIDs during time of study, Received steroid injection in past 12 months, Already enrolled in a physiotherapy program

Shoulder Pain and Disability Index (SPADI) Athlete Life Quality Scale (ALQS) NPRS Range of Motion Timepoint: Data will be collected at baseline and post intervention.
