Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA physical status I to III Age > 18Y Surgery under GA with anticipated duration Thyromental distance of >6.5cm

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Reduced mouth opening ( Recent h/o URTI, sore throat BMI > 40 Non fasted state

1.Oropharyngeal leak pressure 2.Time for successful supraglottic device insertion 3.Pharyngolaryngeal complications(Sore throat, Dysphagia at 1, 2, 12 and 24h post operatively) Timepoint: Twenty four hours
