Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age between 65-75 with post COVID sarcopenia are included male and female are included

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: A patient with handgrip strength less than 24kg A patient with slow gait speed( <0.7m/sec)
