Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with Class I bimaxillary protrusion or Class II div1 malocclusion Healthy periodontal status Average Frankfort Mandibular Plane (FMA) angle

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnancy 2. History of previous orthodontic treatment 3. Subject with non-extraction treatment plan 4. Subject with systemic diseases

Primary

MeasureTime frame
To asses and compare the rate of canine movement every 1 month for a duration till complete retraction in between experimental and control sites.Timepoint: 6 MONTHS

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Clinically asses the change in periodontal status (i.e probing depth,clinical attachment level) following canine retraction and draw a comparision between the study sites. Timepoint: 1ST DAY -6TH MONTH;1.To asses the change in canine angulation, rotation, and root resorption following canine retraction and compare these variables between the experimental and control sites. Timepoint: 1ST DAY-6TH MONTH
