Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1-Systolic blood pressure: = 140 mmHg. 2- Diastolic blood pressure: 90 mmHg. 3-Hypertension related to unknown origin. 4-Recently or newly diagnosed patient.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1-Secondary hypertension. 2-Alcoholic and drug abusers. 3-Accelerated and malignant hypertension. 4-Women who are pregnant or lactating or on estrogen replacement therapy. 5-Symptomatic patient with clinical feature of early heart failure. 6-Patient who have past history of cardiac diseases.

Primary

MeasureTime frame
symptomatic relief and lowering of blood pressure.Timepoint: follow up 0, 7,14 days

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To evalutate the symptoms like Shirshool, Bhrama, Klama, Anidra,Swedadhikya, Hridspandan, Shotha. Timepoint: follow up 0, 7,14 days.
