Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a) Age : 30-60 years b) Gender: Both c) Willing to participate in the study d) Patients presenting with symptoms of Karna nada as per classic irrespective of sex, caste and religion. e) Patients of subjective tinnitus apart from this other are in exclusion criteria. f) Patient with intact and normal tympanic membrane.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a) Tinnitus due to congenital deformity, Objective Tinnitus, Pulsatile Tinnitus. b) Not willing to participate in the study c) Patient of Otosclerosis and fluid in the middle ear. d) Blockage due to stenosis of external auditory canal/wax. e) Pregnant, immunocompromised patients. f) Tinnitus due to non-otologic factors (Diabetes mellitus, Hypertension, Thyroid disease etc) and glomus tumour, aneurysm of carotid artery, palatal myoclonus and tumour of auditory nerve.
