Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Married women of the age group 18-49 years living in the household who are permanent residents of the areas coming under the sub centers of CHC Shirva and PHC Kumbashi, which are field practice areas of the Department of Community Medicine, Kasturba Medical College, Manipal.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Married women of the age group 18-49 years living in the household who have undergone hysterectomy, bilateral oophorectomy, and are divorced or separated or widowed.
