Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Computer users who are working 5 hours a day or 25 hours per week. Computer users with Non-specific low back pain

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Computer user who unable to consent Specific low back pain History of the spinal surgery Spinal cord injury Non- cooperative patients History of traumatic back injury Second and third trimester of pregnancy
