Intervention1: Labetolol and Nifidipine: After explaining the condition of the patient and getting prior informed consent, all the patients will be randomly divided into two groups Group A and B. â?¢

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All singleton pregnant women of 20weeks gestation or more presenting with Acute severe hypertension, pre-eclampsia, Eclampsia & HELLP syndrome

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Bronchial asthma , Cardiac failure , Cardiac rhythm abnormalities , Chronic hypertension , Multiple pregnancy
