Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects with lack of flexibility. Individuals having hamstring tightness. Individuals who cannot reach up-to 0 in sit to reach test. Individuals who are unable to touch the toes. Tightness of sub-occipital fascia. Individuals having tight superficial back line.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Hypermobility. Open Wounds. Subjects Who Are Not Willing To Participate Individual who can reach up-to 0 in sit to reach test. Recent fractures.
