Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Acute anal fissure with complaints Age group > 18 year
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patient with chronic anal fissure. Patient with multiple fissures. Patients already on topical treatment. Patient with internal haemorrhoid except grade 1. Patients with perianal fistula & abscess. Patients with inflammatory bowel disease. Patients with immune deficiency; receiving oral immunosuppressive drugs or steroids. Patients with anal stenosis. Patients on oral anti-coagulants, or having ischemic heart disease. Pregnant females. Patient who donot give consent for the study.
