Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All cases of grade I and II Meggitt-Wagner classification diabetic foot ulcers.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with known hypersensitivity to colloidal silver gel 2. Patients suffering from a condition that interfered with wound healing e.g. vasculitis, connective tissue disease, an immune system disorder
