Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals who have a BMI of > 25kg/ð???2 Individuals who have been referred for physiotherapy for the same.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals suffering from any musculoskeletal, neurological or surgical conditions which can impair their ability to attain the required positions for the exercises Recent fractures

Vital capacity using the volumetric incentive spirometer, Peak expiratory flow rate using the PEFR device, maximum inspiratory and expiratory pressuresTimepoint: baseline and post 12 intervention sessions

core strength using the pressure biofeedback device heart rate, oxygen saturation and work done using the 2 minute step testTimepoint: baseline and post 12 intervention sessions
