Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Patients in either sex in age group between 2years-12 years. 2)Patients fulfilling the diagnostic criteria will be included for the study. 3)Children who have not received any form of modern intervention for spasticity at least for last 3 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Patients with non-spastic Cerebral Palsy. 2)Patients with any known major congenital anomalies like congenital heart disease (CHD) etc. will be excluded. 3)Patients with other disease status like Acute infections, severe systemic illness and children with any progressive neurologic anomalies are excluded from the study. 4)Children with any other diseases or any other drugs that may interfere with the study outcome.

Primary

MeasureTime frame
There will be significant effect of Mahamasha taila Pratimarsha Nasya and Kolakullathadi churna Pradeha in the management of Spasticity in children with Cerebral Palsy.Timepoint: 10TH Day AND 30TH Day

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
There will be significant effect on reduction in Spasticity in children with Cerebral palsy by the end of 30days by administering Mahamasha taila Pratimarsha Nasya and Kolakullathadi churna Pradeha.Timepoint: 10TH Day AND 30TH Day
