Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patient will be selected on the basis of B.M.I 25-35. 2) Hereditary obesity. 3) Irrespective of sex & economical status. 4) Individual coming under diagnostic criteria of sthoulya will be selected.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Pregnant & lactating women 2) Individual with other systemic disorder ex. HTN, DM, etc. 3) Patient with severe illness. 4) Grishma ritu excluded for study.
