Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Written informed consent , ASA 1and 2 patients, age between 18 - 65 yrs , BMI <30kg/m2 ,normal coagulation status

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ASA 3and 4 pts , age 65 yrs , BMI >30kg/m2 , H/O Drug abuse or alcohol and h/o antihypertensive drugs and H/O severe cardiovascular , renal ,respiratory disease and chronic pain

postoperative analgesia , hemodynamic stabilityTimepoint: postoperative analgesia , hemodynamic stability during surgery and post operative hemodynamic stability after 1 hr 2hr 6 hr and 24 hr
