Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Known cases of NCD patients Age 18 to 70 Both Genders (male and female)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Person which is not affected by any kind of non-communicable disease. Age limit less than 18 and above 70 years. Patients not willing to participate in this study.
