Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.    Age 30-40 years 2.    Subjects present with symptoms according to CHISG criteria. 3.    IT professionals with prolonged use of computer.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.    Red flags (tumours, fracture, rheumatoid arthritis, osteoporosis, severe vascular disease etc) 2.    altered sensation in upper extremity 3.    patients not willing to participate
