Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Willingness to participate in trial and signing consent by fulfilling the condition of Proforma 2.Presence of venous ulcer 3.Confirmation of venous incompetence through venous doppler study 4.Willing to give specimen of blood for the investigation 5.Permit to take photograph 6.Willing to participate in trial and signing consent by fulfilling the condition of Proforma

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.History of connective tissue disorders 2.Uncontrolled co morbidities 3.History of contagious diseases 4.History of Malignancy 5.History of hypersensitivity reactions to the study drug or its ingredients 6.Participants from vulnerable groups
