Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Single level fusion was performed between L3 and S1 Symptomatic lumbar disk herniation combined with segmental instability, degenerative spondylolisthesis, or lumbar stenosis requiring facetectomy and fusion Failure of at least 6 weeks of conservative therapy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Previous spinal surgery at index level or active infection spinal deformity required surgical intervention Grade III, IV spondylolisthesis severe internal medical/autoimmune diseases

MeasureTime frame
Single time analysis of all the patient who underwent MIS TLIF at our institute using intraoperative 3D CT guided navigationTimepoint: day 1

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Post pedicle screw Ct scan obtained intraoperatively will be retrieved from Intraoperative 3D CT scan machine will beassessed with aDICOM viewer software. The below mentioned outcomes on radiograph will be evaluated by one of the five board certified senior spine surgeon who was blinded to the clinical status. Timepoint: Day 1
