Intervention1: Comprehensive Nursing Intervention (CNI): It is a multi-component intervention program which will be conducted for patients and their family members accompanying them to dialysis center

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adult patient aged 18 years and above undergoing hemodialysis 2. All new cases scheduled for Hemodialysis 3. Patients willing to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients unable to perform activities of daily living independently 2. Patients who are mentally challenged
