Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: adult men and women patient diagnosed with frozen shoulder (equal limitation of AROM and PROM with normal x ray) less than 50% reduction of external rotation when compared to opposite side for mild disability: no night or sleep pain, can tolerate passive overpressure of EROM for moderate disability: periodic pain while sleeping or resting, can tolerate basic shoulder loading

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Calcifying tendinitis Greater tuberosity fracture Necrosis of the humeral head Rotator cuff related shoulder pain Pseudo frozen shoulder Neoplasm •Osteonecrosis •Cervicogenic shoulder pain •Locked dislocation •Glenohumeral osteoarthritis
