Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients of Type 2 Diabetes on Standard anti-diabetic care symptomatic Diabetic Polyneuropathy Patients fulfilling the diagnostic criteria of irrespective of sex religion and socioeconomic status aged between 30-70 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant and lactating women Patients with other complications of DM such as Nephropathy Retinopathy and Vasculopathy Patients with recent history of Major CVA Potentially fatal diseases Psychiatric Patients Patients with other metabolic and endocrinal disorders Patients with other causes of Neuropathy Patients with wounds or ulcers
