Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Asymptomatic regional level(south) swimmers

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Pain in shoulder or legs in past one month 2) History of fracture in upper or lower limb in past one year

FINIS 3X100M stopwatch (100 Split Memory Stopwatch) will be used to measure the accurate timing of 50m and 200m freestyle of the swimmers. Timepoint: Baseline-6weeks
