Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: symptoms consistent with diagnosis of SIS , 3 out of 5 positive test ( Neer sign , Hawkins Kennedy , Jobes test , External rotation resistance test , painful arc ) speeds test . For asymptomatics - No present and past history of shoulder pain or pathology Ability to perform full range scaption plane elevation with 2 kg hand held weight or yellow theraband . BMI < 30 kg/m2
