Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Participants with stress urinary incontinence (ICIQ-UI SF score more than 1) 2. Participants pressure having more than 68mmHg assessed using pressure biofeedback unit 3. Participants FVC predicted less than 70% 4. Participants of age group more than 30 -70 years 5. Females

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects with neurological deficits 2. Pregnant females 3. Subjects with organ prolapse 4. Female suffering from urogenital dysfunction like cystocele, fistula of bladder 5. Pelvic cancer
