Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Study participants individuals diagnosed with hypertension at least six months prior to study entry and on medications.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants who are pregnant or diagnosed with any other co-morbid conditions as: Cancer Stroke, Mental Illness, Chronic Respiratory Disease, Chronic Kidney Disease, or Malignant Hypertension, Impaired Hearing, IHD, Respiratory Disease resulting in dyspnoea at rest, Lower limb dysfunction or having pain in lower limb, any muscoskeletal conditions.
