Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients who underwent ureteral stenting following endourological and reconstructive procedures, and have smart phones with whatsapp app installed.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with long indwelling stents for malignancy. With stent for any other indication not mentioned in inclusion criteria. Bilateral ureteral stents. Physically disabled individuals. Illiterate people (not able to read).
