Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
To compare the incidence of catheter inward and outward movement in all three techniquesTimepoint: By metric data for a period of 3days

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
1.To compare NRS score in all three groupsTimepoint: in terms of NRS score 1-10;2.To compare the incidence of complications (local inflammation, pain, intravascular injection, catheter shearing, intrathecal drug injection)Timepoint: in terms of metric units;3.To compare incidence of analgesic failure in all three groups Timepoint: in terms of metric units
