Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All infants who are <= 34 weeks and/ birth weight < 1800 grams

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Denial of consent. 2 Already on formula feeding. 3 Major congenital anomalies and chromosomal anomalies.
