Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: 1 Nurses working in the Neuro Surgery Department of AIIMS. 2 Nurses who have clinical experience of at least one year. 3 Nurses who are willing to participate.

Exclusion criteria: ï?¶ Nurses who are not willing to participate.
