Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Neuro-typical children able to carry activities of daily living

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have known Respiratory, Musculoskeletal and Neurological injuries that would restrict participation 2. Have undergone specialized sports training 3. Health Based assessment using PAR Q scale. If any of the questions of the PAR-q scale is answered â??Yesâ?? then the student will be excluded from the study. (to be answered by guardian/ teachers/ parents)
