Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Consecutive patients admitted to the ICU at high risk of developing AKI aged 18 and above (High risk patients identified by risk prediction score16

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients receiving renal replacement therapy. Patients with Admission creatinine of more than 1.5 mg/dl
