Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All children from 2 months to 2 years clinically diagnosed with acute bronchiolitis will be included in the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Children with Chronic cardiopulmonary disease viz. congenital heart disease, cystic lung disease, etc Preterm birth or history of mechanical ventilation in the neonatal period Infants who received bronchodilators within two hours of presentation Children with Family history of asthma Infants who received oral or inhaled corticosteroids during the preceding 2 weeks
