Intervention1: Lignocaine cold spray group: Cold spray(1 spray ) will be applied after cleaning the injection area. Cold spray will be applied by spraying the injection site at a distance of 10 cent

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children age > 1year to Children receiving one injection at a time Children whose families give consent Children receiving vaccines only through intramuscular route

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Children receiving DPT containing vaccines Children receiving vaccines via subcutaneous or intradermal route of administration Presence of any disease which causes chronic pain Children with neurodevelopmental disorders History of fainting during injection Presence of any skin disease Families those who didn’t give consent Infections at the site of injection

To compare the efficacy of lignocaine cold spray and shotblocker in reducing the intramuscular (IM) injection-related pain in children.Timepoint: Pain scale assessed at 0 min and at 5 minutes of administration of injection.
