Intervention1: NORMAL SALINE IRRIGATION-WITH FLUTICASONE NASAL SPRAY: NORMAL SALINE IRRIGATION 50 ml THRICE A DAY ALONG WITH FLUTICASONE NASAL SPRAY 200 MICROGRAMS TWICE DAILY For a total of 3 months

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with Allergic Rhinitis

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with Hypothyroidism. Patients on OCP’s. Pregnancy Smokers/Tobacco chewers. Immunocompromised individuals. Patients with Rhino-sinusitis/ nasal surgery
