Intervention1: 0.25% Bupivacaine: USG guided TAP block with 20ml of 0.25% Bupivacaine over a time duration of 5 minutes.
Control Intervention1: Normal Saline: USG guided TAP block with 20 ml of normal

Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Any patient undergoing Caesarean section under spinal anaesthesia. 2. Willingness to participate in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Repeat caesarean section 2. Any previous non-obstetric abdominal surgery 3. Administration of general anaesthesia 4. Vertical skin incision or classical caesarean section 5. Any other surgical procedure done along with LSCS 6. Any contraindication for TAP block 7. Previous history of allergy to Bupivacaine 8. Any history of prolonged analgesic intake for > 1month in the last 1year for any musculoskeletal disorder 9. Any psychiatric disorder 10. Unwillingness to participate in the study
