Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age: Between 60- 70 years Patients with Chronic musculoskeletal pain Intact cognitive function (Mini mental state examination score > 24) Not engaged in balance or gait training in past 6 months Numeric Pain rating scale (NPRS) Score: 4 -7 Points on a 11 point NPRS Scale. Willingness to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Known cognitive impairment, (MMSE less than 25) Neurologic or musculoskeletal condition that will limit mobility, Symptomatic cardiovascular disease. Patients with comorbid conditions likely to influence safety or balance will be excluded

Berg Balance Scale. Timepoint: Baseline Measurement, End of 3rd Week and End of 6th Week
