Health Condition 1: F112- Opioid dependence

Intervention1: Group Motivational Enhancement Therapy: 4-6 person will be in group in MET 45 minutes for 1 session. total 4 weekly session followed by 2 booster monthly sessions. Control Intervention1

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for both groups Participant, age will be 18-60 years Participants newly registered in the OST clinic at the above mentioned institute or who have relapsed and started receiving maintenance treatment within past one month Participants, who are willing to give consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria for both groups: •Participant who have serious medical condition precluding participation in study and difficult to engage in therapy •Participant with other psychiatric illnesses and other substance dependence (currently) except tobacco dependence
