Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Either male and female sex irrespective of their caste and socioeconomic status. 2)children fulfilling ROME III CRITERIA 10. .Two or fewer defecations in the toilet per week. . At least one episode of fecal incontinence per week. . History of painful or hard bowel movements. . Presence of a large fecal mass in the rectum. . History of large diameter stools which may obstruct the toilet.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients of age below 3 years and above 10 years. 2) Patients having history of:- 1. Psychosomatic Disorder. 2. Acute Abdomen. 3.Acute Systemic /Febrile Illness 4. Drug Induced Constipation 5. Obstructive pathology which intervene with treatment Hypothyroidism, ano-rectal anamolis, intussusception. 6. Chronic and recurrent phase of constipation.
