Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adolescents and young adults with malocclusion in need of comprehensive orthodontic treatment 2. Malocclusion that can be treated with orthodontic treatment alone 3. Age group between 14-25 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects having any syndromic malformations or systemic diseases. 2. Skeletal malrelations needing Orthognathic surgery. 3. Undergone any previous orthodontic treatment. 4. Subjects with any psychological disturbances

1. To evaluate the change between pre and post-treatment PIDAQ score in adolescents and young adults with malocclusion following orthodontic treatment. 2. To evaluate the concurrent validity of the scales namely MRQoLQ and PIDAQ for the study population. 3. To study the construct validity of the scales namely MRQoLQ and PIDAQ by comparing the scores with the normative PAR score. 4.
