Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Young adults working as a desk job professional with no. of sitting hours more than 7 hours a day

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any acute disease during the 6 weeks preceding the study An individual involved in any professional sport activity Individuals diagnosed with any Musculoskeletal Cardiovascular Respiratory or Neurological condition Individuals with use of any medications
