Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18yr-60yr 2. Patients undergoing elective surgeries under spinal anaesthesia 3. American society of Anaesthesiologist physical status class I and II

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Body Mass Index >35 2. Contraindications for subarachnoid block 3. Previous history of PDPH 4. Previous history of recurrent headache or migraine 5. Spine abnormalities 6. Hypersensitivity to anaesthetic drug 7. Bleeding diathesis and coagulopathy 8. Raised ICP
