Interventions

Intervention1: GFC Intra-articular knee injection: The patients would be randomised into Group P and Group G by Chit and Box Method 3. Patients in group P will be administered three IA PRP injections

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -Patients with OA knees grade II, III according to Kellgren and Lawrence system. -Patients who are satisfying the ACR criteria for diagnosis of osteoarthritis knee.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a) Any malignancy. b) Drug Abuse c) Gouty Arthritis /inflammatory arthritis d) Active knee infection. e) Patient Suffering from Anemia, Bleeding, Disorders of Rheumatoid Arthritis f) Genu varum/valgum >5 degree g) Uncontrolled Diabetes Mellitus h) Ligamentous instability of knee (Tested by Clinical examination) i) osteoarthritis of any other joint
