Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient not taking medication of other system 2. Newly diagnosed patient 3. Fasting blood sugar more than 126 mg/dl and less than 250 mg/dl 4. Post prandial blood sugar more than 200 mg/dl and less than 300 mg/dl 5. HbA1C 6.5% to 8.5%

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: I.Patient age 60 Yrs. II.Patient having fasting blood sugar >250mg/dl III.Postprandial blood sugar >300mg/dl IV.Patient with more than HbA1C 8.5 %. V.Insulin dependent patients. VI.Patient having complication of diabetes like ketoacidosis, nephropathy, neuropathy, retinopathy and diabetic wounds. VII.Patient having chronic, contagious infection disease such as active tuberculosis, hepatitis A, B & C, or HIV VIII.Patient associated with other fatal diseases like heart diseases, hypertension, chronic kidney diseases.
