Intervention1: Injection Azithromycin: Injection Azithromycin is administered at adose of 10mg/kg/day single dose for 5 days Control Intervention1: Normal Saline: 2 ml of saline is given iv once a day

Inclusion criteria: Mechanically ventilated preterm neonates(Gestational age less than 37weeks)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Babies with congenital malformations
