Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Surgical procedures of less than 2 hours duration under general anaesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients having cervical spine disease Any history of gastroesophageal reflux disease Upeer respiratory tract symptoms in previous 10 days Mouth opening No consent given
