Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients presenting with features of perforation peritonitis Any Gastrointestinal peroration patients developing peritonitis Any post operative patient developing peritonitis due to anastomotic leaks Any outside operated hollow viscus surgeryâ??s comes with peritonitis. Peritonitis due to traumatic hollow viscus perforation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Spontaneous bacterial peritonitis patients Patient undergoing recurrent surgery for peritonitis
